About Us

Kevin and Earline Connolly have enjoyed 26 years of marriage. We are both licensed and ordained ministers of the Gospel. Restoring the Captives Ministries was originally formed to serve the outcasts of society, Texas prisoners, and their families; including volunteering with another ministry to conduct Marriage Seminars inside prison walls.

We have over 15 years of experience in prayer, Biblical counseling, and mentoring. The Connollys operate as a unified team teaching the Word, praying, ministering in the prophetic, and word of knowledge.

Our Restoration Sessions are geared to help people by leading them through inner healing and deliverance from life issues, trauma, and oppression. Our goal is to enable people to hear the voice of Jesus for themselves and give them the needed tools to walk in freedom.

RTC Ministry is an Isaiah 61-based ministry that seeks to “bind up the brokenhearted....proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners.”

We rely on the wisdom of the Lord in prayer-led counseling to minister inner healing and deliverance to hurting people.
