Our Foundation

Restoring the Captives Ministry is an equipping ministry committed to helping believers grow in their relationship with God, discover their spiritual identity, and walk in greater freedom and spiritual maturity. Through biblical teaching, prayer, mentoring, and practical spiritual tools, we
help equip others to move forward in what God has called them to be and do.


Kevin and Earline minister from a father-and-mother heart, coming alongside those who are hurting, searching, and longing for greater freedom in Christ. They generously share what they have
received and learned through their own journey of spiritual growth, healing, and
transformation so that others can be equipped to do the same.


Our heart is to see believers become spiritually strong, hear the voice of Jesus for
themselves, and confidently walk in the freedom and purpose God has given them.
